So this is the part 2 of Hindi Pa Huli. Natulog nga ako after the baptism before going to the church service. Nung ako ay nasa UP FI for the church service, (hindi ko inexpect na mapapaaga ako :D) I waited for bren. Suddely kuya rey told us that Joshua was outside waiting for kuya kai (magpreach si kuya kai sa Covenant Renewal Church kaya he was not around). Si Joshua nga pala ay yung lumapit sa amin nung October 24, 2010 asking for help kasi may sakit ang kanyang nanay. I texted kuya kai and he told me na i-cell namin ni bren at isama na lang si Joshua sa church service. While in the service, I noticed that Joshua was active and he is really in to listening sa Word, but I really don't know to what extent (kasi before we invited him, he is hesitant to go in). He even participated sa altar call and we consolidated him. After the service, we do not actually know what to do kasi inaantay niya talaga si kuya kai for the medicine. So we just talked to him and explained some stuff so he could understand kaya wala ang kuya kai. We even texted kuya kai na tawagan kami kasi Joshua was really willing to wait.(I really don't know what to feel kasi when Joshua approached us the first time asking for help, hindi pa ako sure kung totoo ba or what, but dahil nga sa bumalik siya as what kuya kai told him, mas naging sure ako na he is true to his word).
At the back of my mind (hindi na talaga makakapunta sa UP FI si kuya kasi, malayo pa ang place where he preached so we requested kuya noel to talk to Joshua instead). After the short talk between kuya noel, we prayed for Joshua (nagIB pa kami as what kuya noel told us to do). So after the prayer and IB, we were able to convince Joshua na umuwi na, but before going, he actually asked for money para raw sa pagkain nila. (We agreed to give him para naman may food ang kanyang family and kuya rey actually accompanied him sa store which I don't know kung saan). The whole incident was unexpected and we actually tried to ask help from different people kaya nagpapasalamat kami sa mga tumulong (mga encouragement and advice).
We just want to be selfless in helping other people.
PS: Natuwa ako kasi alam na namin ang ibig sabihin ng CRC. When kuya kai told us na magpreach siya sa CRC, nagresearch ako about CRC and I found out na CRC means Christian Reformed Church which is hindi pala...hahaha. CRC daw was a community church :)
